Quick Trust
Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-14
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Quick Trust (the "Service") from the Shopify App Store, the Shopify merchant (the "Merchant") agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
2. The Service
Quick Trust shows social-proof and urgency notifications on the Merchant's Shopify storefront: real recent orders, low stock alerts derived from inventory_levels/update, a live visitor count, and Merchant-configured countdown timers.
No fabricated activity. Every order notification is tied to a verified orders/create webhook. Quick Trust does not generate, replay, or simulate fake notifications.
3. Account
A current Shopify account is required. Authentication is handled entirely by Shopify via OAuth Token Exchange. The Merchant is responsible for the security of their Shopify account and for the content shown to shoppers through the Service.
4. Plans and billing
- Free — 50 notifications per rolling 30 days. A 48-hour grace period applies before notifications pause.
- Growth — USD 9.99 / month. 1,000 notifications per month. 7-day free trial.
- Pro — USD 19.99 / month. Unlimited notifications. 7-day free trial.
Charges are handled by the Shopify Billing API and appear on the Merchant's Shopify invoice. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Trial days are honoured per Shopify's rules.
5. Refunds
We do not issue refunds outside of the trial period. Cancelling a paid plan stops further charges but does not refund the current billing period. Shopify's own refund policy may apply independently.
6. Acceptable use
The Merchant agrees not to:
- Inject fake orders or otherwise attempt to fabricate notifications.
- Use the Service in a way that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, the App Store rules, or applicable law (including consumer-protection rules against deceptive marketing).
- Reverse engineer the Service, scrape its admin interface, or attempt to bypass billing or rate limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or wrap the Service inside another app without written permission.
7. Data ownership
The Merchant owns the data in their Shopify store. Quick Trust processes a small subset (described in the Privacy Policy) solely to operate the Service. The Merchant may export or delete their data at any time by emailing support@quicktrust.app or by uninstalling the app.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, latency, or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when feasible.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Trust's total liability arising from or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount the Merchant paid for the Service in that period. Quick Trust is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
11. Termination
The Merchant may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin. Quick Trust may suspend or terminate the Service if the Merchant violates these terms, Shopify's rules, or applicable law, with notice when practicable.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified inside the admin app and by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tunis, unless a mandatory consumer-protection forum applies.
